Digital Channel Officer

The Digital Channel Officer is responsible to support the Marketing Manager for planning and delivery of CRM & WIFI strategies across SM Supermalls to drive customer loyalty, mall revenue and foot traffic.

• Direct marketing electronic marketing (EDM)
• Direct marketing sms & viber
• Digital performance measurement & optimization
• SM Free Wifi
• 3-day sale e-raffle automation
• Cost recovery
• Administrative

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• With at least 3 years of related work experience in direct marketing environment, including acquisition and retention marketing
• Graduate of 4 years bachelor's degree
• Required skills / knowledge: knowledgeable in using CRM, reporting tools, and marketing automation platforms; knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices; an ability to manage marketing projects from ideation to implementation; strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude

WORK LOCATION

• Candidates must be willing to be assigned at the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
