Primary Responsibilities:
Performs activities on the day of operation with utmost compliance to relevant CAAP regulation and current policies.
Closely coordinates with other departments to adjust crew routes and crew rosters to recover from disruptions brought about by operational factors affecting crew availability.
Ensures that all flights to be operated during its scope of responsibility are completely and properly manned at all times.
Regularly validate the completeness of the crew line‐up with the flights sectors to be operated and the on‐time maintenance of crew pairings and crew rosters resulting from crew absences, flight changes and other operational factors.
Consistently comply with the relevant CAAP regulations (Flight time limitations) and company policies in managing crew pairings and crew rosters.
Arrange/re‐arrange all required logistical support in advance for crew members; immigration and customs requirement liaising, etc.
Notify affected crew members about changes in their roster/assignment.
Prepare and submit reports / documents required by the department and or other departments.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any 4 year course.
Must have good proficiency in office productivity software products.
Preferably with minimum 2 years airline crew scheduling, planning, controlling experience.
