Job Description

Title: Cook, RO Kitchen Operations

COOK

He/She is responsible for preparing all dishes according to company recipes and standards and in-charge of maintaining smooth kitchen operation and food preparation to meet guests’ demands.

FSC: COOKING OF PANDA DISHES

Prepares all Panda dishes according to company recipes and standards, specifically meeting company standards for flavor, texture, doneness, color, and aroma
Performs all Back of the House (BOH) responsibilities

COMPLIANCE: WORKABILITY AND KITCHEN STANDARDS

Ensures workability, intensity, and integrity in the kitchen
Ensures that the store’s kitchen meets required standards of the company;
Complies with food safety and other facilities-related standards

SALES AND PROFIT: INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

Efficient use of raw materials and batches of cooking to minimize wastages that is seen in the store’s PNL.

Education: High School graduate or College Graduate of any course, preferably related to Culinary

Experience: At least 1 year of cooking experience is an advantage
