Job Description

This is a hybrid role. As a Compliance Monitoring Associate within the Governance function, you will support the International Compliance Monitoring Manager and Compliance Monitoring Officers in delivering Entain's global monitoring framework. You will receive daily guidance from Compliance Monitoring Officers. This guidance will help conduct reviews and maintaining oversight across main activities. Specifically, it will relate to Entain's Compliance Monitoring function as part of a wider Compliance Management System.

Reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will be part of the International Compliance Team. This team involves working with the International Compliance teams and business and commercial teams across the Group. Your responsibilities will include following procedures, updating policy documents, and maintaining accurate records.

You Will:

• Conduct relevant activities concerning the Compliance Monitoring plan. This will include a range of topics including Customer reviews, Marketing checks, and compliance dashboard management.
• Maintain accurate records of reviews conducted and and analysis to the Compliance Monitoring Manager and Compliance Monitoring Officers.
• Highlight instances of non-compliance as part of the monitoring process and record actions taken.
• Follow up and keep track of due dates, actions, and required timelines to ensure timely completion of requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

You Have:

• Knowledge of international gambling compliance and regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of Internal Audit and Risk Management methodology is desirable.
• Compliance qualification and equivalent related work experience are desirable.
• Prior experience in a role within a regulated industry is desirable.
• A team player who shows respect and values the views of others.
• Experience in Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data tools such as PowerBI.
