Your Role

This role plays an important function in our Compliance team by helping to ensure data is correctly entered and maintained in our internal in -house systems. There will also be a requirement to ensure promotional communication meets agreed business and legal standards.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of promotional advertising templates across media channels
• Work closely with the Clients Marketing Team to ensure promotional offers are compliant.
• Assist in providing timely and regular cross-functional communication and reporting to ensure compliance disciplines are actioned across all teams.
• Assist in the development of compliance packs to ensure all promotional activity is tracked and documented.
• Data entry of all promotional prices and RRP changes.
• Assisting the Master Data team with reporting and product registrations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Process-oriented with solid administrative discipline and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
