Job Description
Overview
This is an integral role in the Commercial Operating System of the Business Support Services Group.
He/ She provides direct support to the Business Intelligence and Commercial Services Manager, in parallel to the Trade Marketing Group.
He / She is responsible for providing analysis in achieving business and cost efficiency in relation to Sales, Trade Marketing and Business Unit Programs to achieve optimal commercial fund management of total sales, category and distributorship programs and activities.
He / She is primarily responsible for providing the mandatory reports such as Budget Exhaustion, Speed to Market, AR Reviews, Accruals and Efficiencies.
He / She will monitor and measure the Financial Analysis and prepare the Administrative Reports.

Qualifications
College Graduate
With 1-2 years experience in the same capacity, preferably obtained from the FMCG Industry / manufacturing or distributor business
Proficient in Microsoft Excell and
Can manage travelling to and from FACC, Pasay
Self-driven, high potential, analytical and trainable
Has excellent interpersonal skills and willing to work with cross functional teams
Has a very strong collaboration skills
Can perform tasks and activities with minimal supervision and can present to internal and external customers
