Job Description
- Lead commercial finance activities to provide clear financial information for business planning.
- Review financial performance and highlight key trends that inform commercial decisions.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to align commercial plans with financial objectives.
- Provide timely financial insights to help teams understand business performance.
- Help improve financial planning processes to support accurate and useful reporting.
A successful Commercial Finance Head should have
- Proven commercial finance leadership experience within large-scale consumer-focused organisations such as retail, FMCG, pharmacy, consumer goods, or other high-volume, customer-centric industries.
- Demonstrated long-term career progression and strong tenure within reputable consumer businesses, reflecting the ability to build deep commercial understanding and influence organisational performance.
- Strong track record in commercial finance, FP&A, finance business partnering, profitability analysis, and strategic decision support.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams within complex, fast-paced environments.
- Amenable to working onsite daily
