Responsibilities:

Maximise sales, revenue, volume and yield from current & future Network Classifieds clients.

• Increase advertising volumes
• Achieve set sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records.
• Process email request for advertising
• Handle agency bookings.
• Process customer copy, artwork, cancellations, alternations & queries for clients.
• Consistently strive to improve ALPA, series, style & pack sales at every opportunity with both incoming & outgoing calls.
• Actively canvass for new business.
• Participate in ongoing telephone & sales training sessions and implement that training.
• Ensure all expired advertising report is called.
• Ensure department deadlines are met by prioritising workflows.
• Resource all material & avenues available to increase canvassing activity.
• Have a good knowledge of your product, competition & client needs.
  
  

Maintain outstanding level of customer service

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Develop business relationships with new & existing clients.
• Address customer complaints & concerns.
• Attend to various administration tasks as directed.
• Improve customer service skills through ongoing training.
• Rectify any customer complaints or concerns and refer if appropriate to Classified Supervisor.
• Ensure all inbound calls are answered quickly, courteously and efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and team skills.
• Minimum 45wpm typing.
• Accurate spelling & grammar.
• Bright and enthusiastic phone manner.
• Able to multi task and work on various campaigns
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work with or without direct supervision.
