Job Description

This is a in-office role in Pasay City. As a Chat Host you will ensure that our customers engage with the Gala Bingo brand through the Chat Bingo Rooms, social media, and other channels. We design this engagement to increase brand loyalty, and player days. Working with Customer Services, the team guarantees the customers are abreast with all Headline promotions, slot offers and bonus offering.

Reporting to the Senior Chat Manager, you will be part of the Chat Host Team. The team maintains a pleasant, fun, and safe environment for all Bingo customers. Additionally, they ensure they follow Terms & Conditions and refrain from offensive conduct.

Salary Package for this role is PHP 24,000.

You Will:

• Converse with customers within the chat rooms, bringing entertainment through creativity, flare and out the box
• Ensure that you cover the priority rooms and provide appropriate cover across the site by following the clubs and rooms rota on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Cover un-hosted rooms at short notice if required or requested to by Supervisors or team members.
  
  

Qualifications

You Have:

• High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, bachelor's degree, any field.
• At least 6 Months Customer Service experience
• Online chat room experience environment
