As a Cash Operations Associate , you will play a vital role in ensuring proper handling, reporting, and depositing of inflight sales funds. This position supports the 5J Cash Operations Group by managing change funds, collections, and reconciliations with accuracy, timeliness, and integrity.

What You Will Do

Change Fund Management for Inflight Sales

• Ensure that change funds provided to 5J Cabin Crew are properly accounted.
• Prepare and release change funds to Cabin Crew based on aircraft type.
• Verify that change funds are returned after flights or end of day.
• Prepare monitoring log sheets and daily cash-on-hand reports.
• Request loose bills from the depository bank and counter-check deliveries.
• Ensure proper endorsements when handing over to another associate.
• Prepare reports for any irregularities daily.
  
  

• Retrieve inflight sales collections from the manual cash vault.
• Count collections manually, prepare deposit slips, and ensure timely deposits to the bank.
• Prepare Daily Sales Collection Summary (DSCS) and reconcile with Levarti.
• Prepare discrepancy reports and follow up on resolution.
• Maintain deposit log sheets for monitoring.
  
  

• Assist in reviewing 5J revolving fund replenishments.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
  
  

• At least six months of experience in cash operations or accounting
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial handling
• Meticulous, organized, and customer-oriented
