Business Process Management Lead - OPEX

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured workshops to assess and document current and future-state business processes.
• Review and validate process documentation, ensuring readiness for implementation and change.
• Guide fit–gap assessments and recommend process harmonization or enhancements where needed.
• Evaluate the impact of process changes on policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide oversight and approval for solution designs and significant process updates.
• Facilitate resolution of cross-functional issues and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  
  
  

• 5–10 years of experience in business process management, transformation, or related roles.
• Leadership exposure in at least one large-scale enterprise system implementation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, logistics).
• Experience with policy development, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
