At 2GO Group, you will help shape smarter and more efficient ways of working across the business. As a Business Process Engineer, you will drive end-to-end Value Stream Management—from mapping and transforming processes to optimizing performance for continuous improvement. Your work will play a key role in streamlining operations, improving service delivery, and enabling teams to work more effectively.

You will lead initiatives in process documentation, analysis, and improvement implementation, using tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and gap analysis to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you will turn insights into action and help build a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do..

Work with the internal clients (Business Units, Support groups) and Process Engineering manager in end-to-end implementation of value stream transformation projects, i.e. scoping, resource review, time and financial commitment, success metrics monitoring that aligns to the organization’s overall business strategy.

Perform value stream and statistical analysis to determine gaps that critically affect the performance of the value stream and/or process and set prioritization with the internal client and PE manager.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years

Leadership Competencies

  • Strong project management skills and a self-starter
  • Strong ownership and accountability; able to independently manage deliverables end-to-end
  • Drive and handle effective communication with internal clients or critical "doers" of the value streams.
  • Team player with highly collaborative, growth mindset and ability to support shared deliverables

Technical Competencies

  • Experienced in value stream end to end implementation, i.e. process design, develop process maps, process analysis, identification of breakdowns and inefficiencies, translation of analysis into actionable improvement initiatives
  • Strong data and business analysis, including root cause analysis (RCA) and gap analysis
  • Experienced in utilizing and applying Lean and statistical techniques (e.g., Kaizen, OVS, RCA) to drive process improvements and reduce inefficiencies
  • Demonstrated ability to drive or support implementation of process improvements, not limited to analysis or documentation

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality
  • Proactive in raising risks, following up, and closing action items

  • Must demonstrate strong ownership, proactive coordination, and ability to drive deliverables from analysis to implementation.

Licensure / Certification Required

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – practiced and with implemented Project evidences
