Primary Responsibilities:
Prepares and consolidates the companys annual budgets (or re-budgets, if necessary) which includes the operating revenue and expense budget, manpower and capital expenditures.
Prepares budget presentation materials for the BU-Head defense/presentation of the budget to Excom.
Releases the approved budget to the various departments for their control (Anaplan).
Assists in the review and analysis of variances between monthly actual results vs targets/budgets.
Reviews the monthly performance reports by cost centers and by department (Cost Center Accounting).
Monitors and controls all travel and training authorizations and capex requests making sure costs are within the approved budget.
Maintains cost centers and profit centers in SAP.
Participates in process improvement and automation projects related to preparation of budget and actuals vs target analyses.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accounting/Finance-related course
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Experience in airline operations/accounting is a plus.
Must have business writing skills.
Must have good interpersonal and leadership qualities.
