Branch Supervisor

We are looking for Branch Supervisors who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lounge at NAIA. This includes managing staff, ensuring smooth customer transactions, maintaining excellent service standards, and achieving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Customer Service Assistants and Cashiers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Train and mentor team members to provide excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally
• Ensure the team provides a seamless and satisfactory customer experience
• Monitor daily lounge activities, including cash handling and customer requests
• Implement and enforce operational policies to ensure efficiency and compliance
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in customer service, sales, or operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay (NAIA) and amenable to flexible shifts.
