• Educational Qualifications: Senior High School Graduate (or higher)
• Experience Level: At least 2 years of BPO experience handling any of the following:
• Banking & Financial Services
• Home Loan Servicing
• Home Loan Application
• Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English
• Skills and Competencies: Experience in home loan servicing and application
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working Conditions: Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City
