As an EE Engagement & Internal Comms Associate, you will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement and internal communication across the organization. You will help create meaningful employee experiences by executing engagement initiatives, communication campaigns, and employer branding efforts that align with 1Aviation’s culture and values.

What you will do

• Ensure that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved
• Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards
• Implement employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives aligned with business goals
• Execute communication plans including key messaging, channels, and audience targeting
• Create and support communication and multimedia materials for HR initiatives, recruitment marketing, and employer branding
• Assist in publishing content across official platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
• Implement employee feedback mechanisms such as surveys and suggestion programs
• Support communication efforts during organizational changes and initiatives
• Collaborate with HR teams on engagement and retention strategies
• Provide communication support to leaders for effective employee messaging
• Assist in crisis communication initiatives to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior
  
  

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications Required Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or any related field
  
  

Preferred Experience And Skills

• Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR-related roles
• Background in developing and executing communication strategies or campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation
• Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
