Job Description
- Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including billing, invoicing, and collections.
- Manage and monitor customer payments, outstanding balances, and overdue accounts.
- Lead the AR team to ensure accurate reporting and timely collections.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments and customers.
- Develop collection strategies to improve cash flow and ensure compliance with company policies
A Successful AR Manager Should Have
- 9+ years of experience in Billing and Collections, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing a team
- Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise, preferably within a GBS or Shared Services environment.
- Excellent knowledge of dispute resolution, collections, and customer service operations.
- ERP Systems experience
