Primary Responsibilities:
Analytics & market intelligence approach
Refresh the spend cube on a set cadence; run data cuts, reconcile sources, and log data-quality checks.
Build/maintain dashboard pages and manage access/version notes.
Run scoped deep dives (by supplier/category/station) and produce one-page narratives with recommended next steps.
Supplier management analytics
Produce monthly supplier scorecards (e.g., on-time, turnaround, delay minutes, quality, cost vs contract) and circulate to owners.
Maintain the supplier risk register: ingest audits/credit/news signals; flag threshold breaches to the Lead.
Keep the “single workspace” current (e.g., contracts, orders, invoices, metrics, action logs) and fix broken links/filters so BU and category teams can use.
Support taxonomy/mapping updates with Category and BU (e.g., supplier, category, station, contract links).
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or IT
Highly-analytical training is preferred.
0–2 years procurement or analytics-related role.
Must be proficient in Excel and data platforms (e.g., Power BI)
Must be d etail-oriented
Must be efficient in stakeholder management
Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines
