Job Summary
Manages accounts receivable, collections, payment reconciliation, and customer accounts while ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related course
At least 2 years of experience in Credit, Collection, and Accounts Receivable
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables, Hyperlinks, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF
Knowledge of MYOB or any ERP accounting system is an advantage
Strong ability to analyze and reconcile large datasets
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Experience in manual computation of sales commissions is an advantage
Experience reconciling e-commerce payments from Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, or similar platforms is an advantage
Honest, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Willing to work a compressed schedule and alternating Saturdays
Duties & Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Monitor accounts receivable balances and e-commerce payments
Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable Aging Reports and weekly e-commerce claims
Monitor and update daily collection reports
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices through phone and email
Escalate accounts that are 90+ days overdue or beyond approved payment terms to management
Analyze payment data and reconcile bulk payments against multiple invoices
Maintain accurate and timely reconciliation of customer accounts
Prepare monthly sales reports and compute commissions for Key Account Specialists
Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and account variances
Customer & Collection Coordination
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules
Arrange and coordinate collection of unpaid invoices
Liaise with internal departments and external customers to resolve account discrepancies
Maintain proper documentation of collection activities and customer accounts
Tax & Compliance Documentation
Secure BIR Form 2307 from customers and ensure proper documentation of withholding tax
Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for accounts receivable transactions
Credit & Account Management
Assist in evaluating and setting up new customer accounts
Monitor customer credit balances and payment history
Initiate appropriate collection actions for delinquent or doubtful accounts in coordination with management
Other Responsibilities
Provide support for accounting and finance-related activities as assigned
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–7:00 PM (Compressed Work Schedule)
Alternating Saturdays
9:00 AM–4:00 PM (Twice a month)
