Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare P&L reports for all branches on a monthly basis.
Maintain branch databases for Power BI reporting.
Generate monthly OPEX reports for branch operations review.
Prepare monthly occupancy cost reports.
Conduct initial financial analyses for new store openings and rightsizing initiatives using templated formats.
Support the Controller with financial modeling, simulations, and analyses for business development and logistics.
Prepare other ad hoc financial and operational reports as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accountancy or a business-related field.
3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
