Transportation Specialist

The Transportation Specialist / Officer oversees the audit and compliance activities of the Unit Manager and ensures the consistent application of standards across all Carpark, Terminal, Helipad, Valet, and EV Charging Station Operations. The role provides oversight of data validation, policy alignment, and performance monitoring, ensuring that all regions adhere to corporate and government requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the validation and consolidation of audit and compliance reports across all transportation functions
• Review regional submissions for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to corporate standards
• Coordinate with Unit Managers, regional teams, and service providers for policy and compliance updates
• Lead the preparation of compliance dashboards, summaries, and analysis reports
• Oversee the monitoring of valet and EV charging service providers for compliance with SLAs and technical standards
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on findings and ensure implementation tracking
• Lead in the development and updating of transportation monitoring templates, standards, and audit tools

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• With at least 2 years of related work experience in Carpark Management/operations/audit/compliance
• Graduate of any 4-year degree course
• Preferably with understanding of Mall Operations Management
• With Safety training and technical training is an advantage
• Required skills: process-driven, strong coordination, excel-heavy role, analytical skills

• Candidates must be willing to be assigned at the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
