Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities Include

Working with Australian team to determine job requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Creating and publishing job ads on various networks

Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates

Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit

Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads to schedule interviews

Collecting feedback from interviewers and guide the decision-making process

Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports

Staying up-to-date with new technologies and incorporate that knowledge into talent search

Conducting background checks and reference checks as required

Contributing to the overall improvement of the recruitment process and strategies
