Your Role
As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you will:
Own and manage the end-to-end supplier network in the Philippines to align with GRS business goals.
Build long-term partnerships to ensure strict adherence to order SLAs and service standards.
Maximize profitability by managing vendor rebates, incentive programs, and extra margins.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop competitive pricing and co-marketing initiatives.
Provide suppliers with strategic guidance on product positioning and operational efficiency.
Optimize procurement workflows by leading cross-departmental improvement projects.
Represent the organization at industry trade events and virtual showcases to identify new partners.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
5+ years of professional experience in e-commerce, loyalty programs, or vendor management.
Proven success in managing high-growth partner relationships within a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of digital commerce technologies and the ability to adopt new platforms quickly.
Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable rebate structures and margin improvements.
Full fluency in both English and Tagalog for effective local and global stakeholder management.
High level of organizational skill to manage multiple concurrent procurement initiatives.
Preferred Skills/expertise
Direct experience in the global rewards or loyalty industry ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to use market trends and consumer behavior data for decision-making.
Proficiency in CRM and procurement software for tracking supplier performance.
Experience in "first-in-class" service delivery within a global client framework.
Strong presentation skills for representing the brand at international industry gatherings.
