The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative, reporting, and coordination support to the Customer Service (CS) and Sales teams. This role plays a key part in enabling the efficiency of frontline operations by handling back-end tasks such as report generation, sales tracking, document control, event support, and audit compliance. The position ensures that the CS Manager and front-line staff can focus on execution and client engagement by offloading operational and administrative support responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Generate and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Prepare dashboards and summaries for internal reviews and client business reviews.
- Track account-level performance and support forecasting activities
- Client Support Coordination
- Assist in the preparation of Business Review (BR) decks and client presentations.
- Support the collation and submission of client reports and service updates.
- Maintain updated client files including SLAs, contracts, and communications.
- Administrative & Documentation Support
- Manage filing and organization of sales documents, contracts, SLAs, and client records.
- Support tracking and documentation of sales proposals, quotations, and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Billing, Finance, etc.) for data consolidation and status follow-ups
- Contract Management & Compliance
- M aintain a centralized log of client contracts, SLAs, and renewal schedules.
- Support the preparation and submission of documents required during internal and client audits.
- Ensure compliance with documentation protocols and audit requirements
- Event & Activity Coordination
- Provide administrative support for sales-initiated activities such as client events, business reviews, product demonstrations, and internal roadshows.
- Coordinate logistics , materials preparation, venue booking, and attendance tracking for these events.
- A System & Data Managemen t
- Update CRM tools and client master data as needed.
- Monitor and encode sales pipeline activities and opportunity statuses.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting files and trackers.

Educational Background
- Graduate of any 4-year course
Professional Experience
- with 2 years’ significant experience in a related field
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge And Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong coordination and follow-through
Accurate data entry and management
Organized documentation and filing practice
High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
Familiarity with contract handling and basic compliance protocols is an advantage
