Job Description

Maintain relationships with current tenants
Overseeing the timely and successful completion of repair and maintenance issues.
Showing properties to prospective tenants.
Handling collection of Rented Income.
Effective time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
Bachelors Degree (4yrs)
Preferably, having a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
