Job Description
- Making Fine Group (Tiger Sugar and Khao Khai Thai Chicken House) is a leader in the food & beverage industry, emphasizing exceptional dining experiences and innovative culinary offerings. Join us to contribute to a dynamic team committed to excellence.
- Prepare high-quality dishes for the Making Fine Group's menus, adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Assist the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with food safety regulations
- Collaborate dynamically with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of all orders
- Possess knowledge of food inventory levels and liaise with the procurement team to ensure required ingredients are stocked
- Positively contribute to the team environment, bringing passion and a high-energy attitude to the kitchen of our fast-paced Food & Beverages company
- Educational Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: Looking for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Cook Skills, with an ability to prepare a variety of dishes.
- Solid background in Stewarding, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Strong Customer-Oriented approach, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Preparation of ingredients and execution of recipes to the establishment's standards.
- Maintaining safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Assisting other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring extended periods of standing and ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and passion for culinary arts.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Resilience and adaptability to a dynamic kitchen setting.
