Coordinator

Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise area operations through reports, system data, and regular coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Coordinate with clients regarding manpower concerns, schedules, and performance updates
• Review attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related reports of assigned areas
• Prepare and submit operational, incident, and performance reports on time
• Assist in manpower planning, deployment, and replacement requests
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary documentation, and endorsements to HR
• Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams for staffing requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for assigned areas
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related course (preferred)
• At least 12 years of experience in operations, supervision, or area management
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
