Role Overview

The Compliance Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the companys compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies, programs, and internal controls aligned with industry standards.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including environmental, safety, operational, and corporate regulations.
• Oversee regulatory filings, renewals of permits and licenses, and submissions to government agencies.
• Conduct compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Monitor adherence to laws and regulations relevant to the energy and industrial sectors.
• Provide regular compliance training to employees and project teams.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, HR, and finance to resolve compliance concerns.
• Maintain and update compliance tracking tools and documentation.
• Recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Law, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years of compliance experience, ideally gained from power, energy, renewable, utilities, or industrial companies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to operations, environmental compliance, and corporate governance.
• Experience in internal audit, risk management, and regulatory reporting is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and documentation skills.
• High integrity and strong commitment to ethics and compliance.
