Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for General Services Staff to join our General Services Department (GSD) under two critical service groups:

  • Administrative Services – Business & Office Services
  • Transportation Services – Fleet & Trip Operations


Whether your passion is organizing office operations or managing vehicle logistics, this role will equip you with corporate foundations, real operational experience, and opportunities to grow.

What Youll Do

Depending on assignment, you may:

Business & Office Services (Admin Track)

  • Coordinate office logistics, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Assist in contract preparation, tracking, and renewals.
  • Monitor office supplies, facilities needs, and service requirements.
  • Support documentation control, compliance requirements, and audit preparations.
  • Assist in managing office properties, lease arrangements, and facilities issues.


Transportation Services (Fleet Track)

  • Coordinate daily trip schedules and assign company vehicles.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization, mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.
  • Support preventive maintenance planning and ensure fleet readiness.
  • Liaise with drivers, departments, and service providers.
  • Handle urgent vehicle requests, breakdown coordination, and fleet-related documentation.

University graduates.

Fresh graduates are welcome! Ideal courses include:

  • Office Administration, Business Management, Business Office Admin (Admin Track)
  • Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields (Fleet Track)

  • Good planning, organizing, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong documentation and monitoring ability.
  • Stress tolerance and the ability to handle urgency calmly.
