Your Role

As an Accounts / Finance Officer, you will:

• Execute Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank activities across the region.
• Reconcile various accounts, investigate discrepancies, and handle escalations where necessary.
• Support in resolving disputes with key vendors and customers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and routinely reconcile with general ledger accounts.
• Ensure all financial reporting requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
• Support reviews of current processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Update regional guidelines to reflect process improvements or policy changes.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables / Priority Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or a related Business field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance-related tasks; bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with financial systems (D365, CRM) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
