Job Description

  • Provide excellent service to both guests and staff, to build good customer relationships.
  • Always look neat and professional and greet guests warmly.
  • Make sure gaming machines are working properly and fix minor issues; refill slot tickets when needed.
  • Place “out of order” signs on broken machines and report them to the technician or supervisor.
  • Walk around assigned areas regularly and respond quickly to guest concerns or service calls.
  • Help guests with machines, give directions, and share info about events and services.
  • Clearly explain how games work, including payouts and jackpots.
  • Help with machine payouts following department guidelines.
  • Report any problems right away, such as safety issues, rude or drunk guests, or cheating.



Requirements

  • At least College level
  • Good personality & professional appearance.
  • Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of gaming machines is desired.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated.
