SAP ERP Project Manager

We are looking for a SAP ERP Project Manager who will lead end-to-end delivery of SAP ERP initiatives (Finance & Supply Chain) for a Casino & Integrated Resort client. You will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, finance teams, SAP consultants, and system integrators, ensuring solutions meet business goals, timelines, budgets, and Philippine regulatory (BIR) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP ERP projects covering Finance and Supply Chain.
• Translate business, finance, and regulatory requirements into SAP solutions.
• Manage SAP blueprinting, functional design, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover, and go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine regulations, including BIR requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and business readiness.
• Oversee training, communications, and user adoption initiatives.
• Provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders and PMO.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years project management experience with SAP ERP implementations.
• Strong experience delivering SAP Finance and Supply Chain projects.
• Solid finance domain knowledge (accounting, controls, statutory reporting).
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, Asset Accounting, Procurement.
• Experience with SAP integrations (POS, PMS, gaming, or third-party systems).
• Proven knowledge of Philippine BIR compliance within SAP environments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, casino, or integrated resort environments preferred.
• Familiar with SAP delivery methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience with testing coordination, go-live readiness, and change management.
• Proficiency with project tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BI).
  
  
  

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification.
• Experience managing large, multi-vendor SAP programs.
• Background in regulated or audit-heavy environments.
