Your Role

  • Completing administrative tasks such as responding to and directing enquiries and emails relevant to rostering, scheduling, file audits and record keeping.
  • Manage lists and tracking materials such as referral spreadsheets, workflow trackers, and other materials that assist in the efficient delivery of services and administrative function.
  • Liaise with staff, leadership team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks related to delivery of NDIS supports as required.
  • Support the ongoing development of Alacrity Health’s NDIS services and corporate team.
  • Executive administration assistance as required.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Prior experience in an Executive Assistant or any other administrative-related role
  • Highly competent with tracking materials, referral sheets, and data management
  • Experience coordinating rosters, managing shift cancellations, and matching worker availability

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Experience with specialized NDIS software (e.g., ShiftCare, Supportability, CareView)
