The Impact You Will Make (In Future Product Manager Roles)
Once a matching opportunity opens, a typical day as a Product Manager will empower you to:
Drive Product Strategy: Develop and execute impactful marketing plans, including forecasts, budgets, and go-to-market strategies for your assigned portfolio.
Deliver Business Results: Own product performance by achieving sales targets while optimizing promotional investments and ensuring strong financial outcomes.
Shape Market Success: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover insights that strengthen product positioning and growth.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, supply chain, and internal stakeholders to align on strategies and execute initiatives effectively.
Launch & Execute Campaigns: Design and implement innovative promotional campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
Enable Sales Excellence: Equip and train field teams with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively promote products and engage healthcare professionals.
Ensure Supply Readiness: Work with business and purchasing teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and support continuous product availability.
Measure & Optimize Performance: Track product movement, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies for better outcomes.
Who We Are Looking To Connect With
We welcome both seasoned professionals and ambitious newcomers who meet the following profiles:
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
At least 1 year of experience as an Associate Product Manager in a pharmaceutical company.
2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or District Sales Manager with strong field exposure and readiness to move into marketing.
Proven experience in product launches, marketing campaigns, or cross-functional project management.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Advantage To Have
Experience across Ethical, Over-the-Counter (OTC), and/or Consumer Health therapeutic areas.
