Your Role

As a ParkWatch Customer Care, you will:

• Respond to client questions and inquiries received via phone calls or email regarding products, services, and support.
• Perform transactional tasks including administrative work, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, and handling data entry for new accounts, sites, and requests.
• Identify ways to improve customer experience and resolve issues utilizing company systems and established procedures.
• Meet customer satisfaction targets, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution goals to exceed client expectations.
• Escalate complex questions and issues to your supervisor while following instructions for additional assigned transactions.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Clear and articulate verbal and written English communication skills.
• Very good level of computer literacy.
• High capability in customer-facing contact center setups or back-office administrative operations.
• A strong, positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required).
• Prior experience handling Australian, New Zealand, or UK accounts (preferred, not required).
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and reside within a 60-to-90-minute commute from the office.
