Your Role

As an OSP Field Notes QC Reviewer, you will:

• Review telecommunications OSP field notes and collected data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Perform quality control (QC) checks across multiple software systems and databases.
• Verify utility pole, conduit, fiber, and infrastructure documentation.
• Ensure field deliverables meet company and client standards.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent data and coordinate corrections with field teams.
• Validate attachments, photos, measurements, and supporting documentation.
• Track and report QC findings, trends, and recurring issues.
• Maintain organized records and project documentation.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Experience reviewing telecommunications OSP field notes or utility infrastructure documentation
• Strong understanding of fiber optic and/or telecommunications outside plant environments
• Ability to work in multiple software platforms simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to identify discrepancies and missing information quickly
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office software
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with Trimble, Fieldmaps, Katapult, Ike, IQGeo, or similar telecom software platforms
• Familiarity with pole loading, make-ready engineering, or fiber design workflows
• Previous QA/QC experience in telecommunications engineering projects
• Understanding of telecom construction standards and utility requirements
