Your Role

As a Project Billing Coordinator, you will:

  • Monitor and balance revenues and expenses for each assigned job to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Track internal subcontractor invoices and pass-through revenue while managing the full progression of invoices.
  • Execute daily intake management, WIP processing, and project tracking to support market operations teams.
  • Consolidate backup documentation using AutoDesk to create comprehensive billing packets and reports.
  • Conduct progress reviews and quality control checks on all invoicing to ensure zero rejections and alignment with customer requirements.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).
  • Proven experience as a Strong Biller with a heavy focus on data entry and financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for intercompany-department coordination.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high-volume reporting.
  • Ability to meet strict weekly and monthly financial goals assigned by leadership.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Experience with Oracle or similar enterprise financial software.
  • Knowledge of AutoDesk for map consolidation and project backup.
  • Familiarity with Comcast workflows or similar telecommunications billing systems.
  • Previous experience in WIP (Work In Progress) management and submittals.
  • Proven ability to handle "Project Tracking" for complex assignments.
