Your Role
As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will:
Track and Balance revenues and expenses for each job to ensure financial accuracy across the board.
Monitor Invoicing by tracking internal subcontractor invoices and managing pass-through revenue.
Manage Progression of the entire invoicing lifecycle to ensure timely payments and processing.
Conduct Reviews with team members to ensure the timely completion of deliverables and project requirements.
Perform Quality Control on internal and subcontractor invoicing prior to payment to maintain high standards.
Intake New Jobs entering the market, including updating trackers and creating organized market job folders.
Support Leadership with specialized projects, reporting, and loading estimates as needed to meet weekly and monthly financial goals.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination or a similar operational role.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams essential to the project build process.
Microsoft Mastery: Strong Microsoft Office skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
Communication Excellence: Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills.
High-Volume Resilience: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong focus on detail.
Preferred Skills/expertise
Software Familiarity: Experience with Smartsheet and Oracle systems.
Industry Knowledge: A background in Telecom tower-related or Fiber projects is a significant plus.
Construction Understanding: Basic knowledge of the construction process is highly valued.
Previous BPO Experience: Familiarity with a Managed Services or BPO environment.
