Officer Entertainment Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather materials and information on local and international entertainment aligned with the Solaire brand.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of artists, industry trends, and competitors’ entertainment offerings.
• Prepare the weekly Entertainment meeting deck and accurately document the Minutes of the Meeting.
• Manage bookings for The Space and The Theatre, including all associated requirements and documentation.
• Handle Solaire-produced, sponsored, and partnership events efficiently from planning through execution.
• Budgeting
• Coordinate with Theatre clients regarding their event requirements and operational needs.
• Coordinate with the Digital and Marketing Services team to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of event artworks.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to extend work hours as required during Entertainment events


Requirements

Work experience: 1–2 years experience in Sales & Marketing, and/or Entertainment-related jobs even as an intern or as a college student.
