The IT Specialist in the Endpoint Monitoring team is responsible for monitoring the health and availability of end-user devices in a global IT environment. The role focuses on proactive incident detection, trend analysis, and maintaining high endpoint availability. This position works closely with technical and operational teams to respond effectively to issues and continuously improve monitoring systems.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Monitor endpoint health using tools such as, UXM(SPLUNK), Zabbix. etc.
Analyze telemetry data and logs to detect anomalies, performance issues, or potential threats.
Create alerts, dashboards, and reports on end-user infrastructure status.
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Suggest improvements to monitoring tools and automate event response where possible.
Document procedures and configurations, and participate in optimization projects.
Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.

Education and skills:
Minimal Requirements
University degree (preferably in IT, system engineering, or telecommunications).
Practical knowledge of endpoint monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Zabbix).
Data analysis and visualization skills (e.g. Power BI, dashboards, log analytics).
Familiarity with Windows environments and endpoint infrastructure.
Very good command of English (minimum B2 - C1 level).
Proactive person and team player
Good time management skills, especially working with deadlines
Basic knowledge of Linux
Knowledge regarding Jira and Confluence
Knowledge regarding Microsoft products and ticket systems such as ServiceNow
Minimal work experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support, infrastructure monitoring, or endpoint management.
Experience with telemetry and diagnostic tools will be considered a plus.
