Head Of Retail Media Advertisement

Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Media Head to build, lead, and scale our Retail Media business. This role has full P&L responsibility and will drive revenue growth by enabling suppliers and marketplace sellers to advertise through data-driven channels to a 1.8M+ member base.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Develop pricing models, commercial strategies, and ad offerings
• Lead onboarding and relationship management of suppliers and sellers
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution (banners, push, SMS, email, etc.)
• Track and optimize performance (ROAS, ROI, attributed sales)
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, data, and tech teams
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 5–7+ years of experience in digital media, retail media, or performance marketing
• Strong background in ad tech, eCommerce advertising, and analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, or similar)
• Proven leadership and client-facing experience
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
