The hiring company is a large organization in the logistics industry, with a strong presence in its sector. Office is in Aseana City, Paranaque.
Job Description
- Build and lead the finance function end‑to‑end, including people, processes, systems, controls, and governance
- Drive the transition from outsourced finance to in‑house ownership, managing handovers, SLAs, controls, and ensuring seamless business continuity.
- Implement and stabilize the finance systems while ensuring accurate daily transactional execution and high‑quality reporting.
- Safeguard compliance and risk management, ensuring full adherence to internal policies and Philippine statutory, tax, and audit requirements.
- Serve as a strategic finance partner, overseeing budgeting, cash flow, credit, and performance management while enabling data‑driven, profitable decision‑making.
A Successful Head Of Finance Should Have
- CPA license
- at least 10 years experience in end to end finance with strong background in Philippine taxation
- experience in pioneering a finance function or migrating processes is a plus
- amenable to work onsite daily in the office
