Your Role
As a Group Learning Systems Administrator, you will:
Administer day-to-day LMS operations, including user accounts, role permissions, course assignments, and the end-to-end management of learning content.
Maintain strict LMS governance standards, data integrity, and taxonomy structures while conducting routine audits of learning records.
Generate standard and ad hoc compliance reports, dashboards, and completion metrics for stakeholders and audit readiness.
Resolve user queries and system issues as the first point of contact, while regularly monitoring the learning service tickets and shared inbox.
Collaborate with LMS vendors, participate in system testing for upgrades, and identify opportunities to automate administration processes.
What You Need: Non-negotiables
At least 5+ years of experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS), specifically SAP.
Strong experience in producing reports, working with data, and performing routine data quality checks.
Proven track record in a customer service or support role with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve administrative problems.
High-level administrative and organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills/expertise
Completed qualifications or a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience developing and maintaining LMS user guides, quick reference materials, and FAQs.
Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
Experience participating in system testing following software or platform upgrades.
Knowledge of learning compliance frameworks and managing mandatory training certification cycles.
