직무 설명:

Freight Senior Officer

The Freight Senior Officer mainly engages in supporting the Freight Forwarding Operations on handling Export and Import shipments. He/She acts as the coordinator between the Airlines Consignee/Shipper, UPS Broker and Internal Customers. The Freight Senior Officer reports to the Freight Operations Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Receives booking from customers, books with airlines and truckers, coordinates with airlines for the arrival of shipments, sends arrival notification to destinations/customers. Handles the checking of arrivals, pre-alert and documentation for Import shipments Ensures the timely pre-alert, correct and proper documentation to avoid any amendments Ensures Proper monitoring of shipments, communication with internal and external customers including Origin for any concern or issue for faster resolution Handles internal and external inquiries pertaining to clearance of shipments and PH Customs Rules and Regulations Handles submission of e-manifest on a timely manner and ensure its accuracy. Handles the preparation and submission of Report to CAB and other report as maybe assigned

Requirements

• University degree holder
• Preferably Graduate of any Business Course with experience in Freight forwarding
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Analytical, strong in planning and organizing, attention to details
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Good written & spoken English
• Good team player
• Problem Solving Skills and results Oriented
