Qualifications:

• Preferably with work experience in a multinational freight forwarding company
• Graduate of a 4-year course
• Operational industry experience in a similar capacity
• Good command of English language
  
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute AWB in CW1 upon receipt of complete documents
• Ensure accuracy of shipment documents and CW1 data quality
• Ensure that all created files are sent through
• Ensure that all pre-alerts are sent on time
• Ensure timely dispatch of all documents at origin offices
• File archiving
• Reply emails and queries from DSV offices and clients in a timely and effective manner
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
