Your Role

As a Finance Officer, you will:

• Execute regional AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation activities, investigating and resolving account escalations as needed.
• Reconcile financial records routinely against general ledger accounts to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.
• Support dispute resolutions with key vendors and customers to maintain healthy partner relationships.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports in alignment with organizational and corporate guidelines.
• Review current financial processes continuously to update regional guidelines and maintain strict corporate compliance.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or any business-related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounting or Finance-related tasks.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, exercise sound judgment, and deliver high-quality results.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Working knowledge or experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience using CRM software platforms.
• Experience in process optimization and updating financial guidelines.
