Driver Operations Associate - Driver Management

What Youll Do

• Develop clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand spiels, announcements, and daily instructions to ensure driver alignment and operational clarity.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on delivery performance, driver feedback, and overall supply status to support data-driven decisions.
• Support the planning and execution of internal communication strategies to strengthen driver engagement and improve information flow.
• Manage and process updates to driver accounts, including vehicle changes, plate number updates, contact information revisions, and other related requests.
• Execute daily driver cash-outs with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Process driver KYC applications across platforms such as GCash, Maya, and Union Bank of the Philippines, while identifying and implementing process improvements to increase approval rates.
• Oversee daily driver platform withdrawals via both manual and in-app channels, ensuring secure, efficient, and well-managed execution.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet daily operational deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume, repetitive, and accuracy-critical tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), with strong capability in reporting, documentation, and data tracking. Adaptability and responsiveness in handling real-time operational challenges and urgent requirements.
• Creative, confident, and effective in developing clear and engaging driver communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for easy understanding.
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with KYC processes, financial applications, or platform-based operations is an advantage.
