Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Respond to client questions and inquiries via phone and email regarding products, services, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer issues by utilizing company systems and identifying ways to improve the overall user experience.
  • Execute transactional tasks including administrative work, inbound call handling, and outbound follow-ups.
  • Manage data entry processes for new accounts, site setups, and various service requests.
  • Achieve key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction (CSAT), efficiency targets, and resolution goals.
  • Escalate complex issues and inquiries to the Team Leader to ensure timely and accurate solutions.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Clear and articulate verbal and written English communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency with digital tools.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Proximity to office: Must reside within 60 to 90 minutes of the work location.
  • Flexibility to work shifting schedules as required by the business.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Front-of-house contact center experience combined with back-office administrative skills.
  • Experience handling Australian, New Zealand, or UK accounts.
  • Bachelors degree in any field is an advantage.
  • Proven ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
