Key Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end shipment movements of customer across transport modes
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal operations teams to ensure timely execution of the shipment
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve shipment exceptions such as delays, disruptions, or service deviations
• Communicate shipment status, risks, and resolutions to customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance to SLAs, KPIs, and customer-specific operational requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely updates
