How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Support internal channel managers and partners to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Monitor, improve, and streamline support processes
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Run quotes and generate contracts
  • Request updates and track progress on active orders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner satisfaction
  • Help develop and implement scalable support strategies
  • Manage multiple systems and tools to keep workflow running smoothly


What You Must Possess

  • Minimum 2 years in telecom; experience with AT&T B2B Portals, Comcast C3, and Spectrum Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in support management or a related role
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in navigating difficult customer situations and managing escalations
  • Working knowledge of telecom and cloud solutions
  • Experience in order entry and order tracking
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
